Voice Broadcast: Voice Broadcast is a system that sends pre-recorded messages to a pre-sorted list of phone numbers. If the call is received by an answering machine, the voice broadcast system then leaves a recorded message designed to sound as if a "live" person left it. If the system detects a live pickup, it can either ask the person to remain on the line for a pre-recorded message or simply disconnect.
